Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of myterrace.com and the Terrace service, offered by Terrace Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Terrace"). If you use Terrace for an agency, you confirm you can bind it. A signed agreement with your agency controls where it conflicts with these terms.
1. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and use Terrace for business. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Health information
Your agency must sign a BAA with Terrace before entering PHI. You are responsible for having the right under HIPAA to share that information with us. The BAA governs how we handle PHI.
3. Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to texts from Terrace, you agree to receive recurring automated messages from Terrace. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Do not text patient information; SMS is not encrypted end to end. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and messages.
4. Third-party services
If you connect a third-party account, such as Google, your use of that service is subject to its terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into Terrace. You let us process it to provide the service and to create de-identified data to improve Terrace, as allowed by our BAA.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Terrace to send spam, opt in a phone number you are not authorized to use, access another agency's data, bypass security, or break the law.
7. Fees and termination
Paid plans are billed as stated in your order. Either party may end use of Terrace; we may suspend access for breach of these terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Terrace is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them and will notify admins of material changes. Contact: Terrace Systems, Inc., contact@myterrace.com.
